Adhere to government regulations (ADA, Environmental, Wage and Hour, EEO guidelines, food stamp sales, and local tax requirements).

Ensure the timely and accurate completion of all daily, weekly, and monthly paperwork (cash report, control book, payroll, deli inventories, price changes, promotional markups and markdowns, gas surveys, environmental records, retailing tickets, other PDI information).

Ensure all employees follow inventory and cash control procedures.

Ensure all safety and security procedures are followed.

Control labor within established guidelines.

Manage other expenses within established guidelines.

Develop Assistant Store Manager.

Assume other duties and responsibilities as assigned to accommodate store operational needs.
Store Manager Job Requirements:

21 years of age or older

Valid Driver’s License

Access to a car or other motorized vehicle

Liability insurance on such vehicle

Home telephone

High School diploma, GED, or previous experience

Availability to work any shift or day

Minimum 52-hour workweek

Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
